How To Play
Match My Mood is simple: roll, match, draw, do it. You'll get the hang of it in one round.
Setup
- Get 3 or more players together. Couples can play too.
- Shuffle the deck and place it in the middle.
- Give every player their Safe Mode tokens.
- Pour up. 21+ only, and drink responsibly.
How a round works
- Roll the dice. The dice decide the mood for the round.
- Match the mood. Find the card category that matches what you rolled.
- Draw a card. Read it out loud. No peeking first.
- Do what it says. Complete the challenge or take the drink.
- Pass it on. Play moves to the left and the next player rolls.
Safe Mode
Not feeling a card? Hand over a Safe Mode token and skip it, no questions asked. Once your tokens are gone, you're all in for the rest of the night. Use them wisely.
House rules
The best game nights make their own rules. Double the dare, stack two cards at once, make the loser of each round go twice. Play it your way.
The only real rule
Everybody has to be comfortable. Nobody gets pressured into a card they don't want. That's what Safe Mode is for. Keep it fun, keep it consensual, and drink responsibly.
